The Event Store Presents:  “A Sensation Celebration” An Evening of Gourmet Food, Wine, Art and Entertainment with Martha Clara Vineyard and Blond Restaurant.

Miller Place, LI- An evening of fine wine and food pairings will be presented by The Event Store featuring Martha Clara Vineyard and Blond Restaurant January 31st, 2007 at Blond restaurant, located at 691 Route 25A, Miller Place, NY 11764.

The evening begins at 7pm, and includes a magnificent five-course gourmet dinner prepared by the Owner and Executive Chef of Blond Restaurant, Samih Nelovic, with wine pairings by Martha Clara Vineyard. Owned and operated by the Entenmanns family, this vineyard has quickly grown in reputation with award winning wines and an ever-popular vineyard for weddings and events.

Entertainment throughout the evening will be provided by Walter Finley on guitar who is an acoustic singer/songwriter, and entertainer whose talents encompass a full range of musical styles.  Also showing the same evening is a visually motivating art exhibit featuring Steven Biscari-Amarals bold colors and thought provoking abstracts. Additional artists showing this evening are Annie Wildley, Dominic Antignano, Kristin Inglesias and Carmine Stasi who will highlight the diversity of the Long Island art scene.

Your first course is a serving of tender Seared Diver Scallops, English Pea Puree, Lavender Honey Scented Crème Fraiche served with a heady 2004 Chardonnay. Next is Cucumber Wrapped Baby Tender Greens, Candied Walnuts, Red Grapes dressed with Raspberry Vinaigrette paired with a heavenly aromatic 2005 Rose. A refreshing Mango Sorbet in a pool of Crisp Champagne prepares your palate for the next course of Seared Black Angus Filet Mignon, Roquefort Cheeses Potato Gratin, Tournet of Vegetable served with a classic Long Island 2002 Merlot

An after dinner delight and dessert specialty of the house the “Silky Blond Bombshell” paired with a 2003 Ciel finishes up your evening of entertainment, art, extraordinary Long Island Wine and a delectable gourmet dinner.
